The Feeling.

Paintball is an amazing sport and I love the adrenaline that comes with it. I also find that it brings people together. Even though all it is, is just a bunch of people or friends shooting each other with paint-filled projectiles. Either way I think that it is a good sport to get into. Despite the painfulness of it, it's actually not that dangerous, there has actually been more deaths in bowling than there has been in paintball. You can also develop a lot of hand-eye coordination and leadership skills from paintball. I paintball at Mersey Road Paintball and Hyper Sports Paintball.

New Paintball Gear, New Improvements!

Paintball has been going great! I've been getting better and better each time. I got a new paintball gun too. It's called the Tippmann X7 Phenom.

My new gear:

  • Tippmann X7 Phenom
  • New Mask - JT Flex 8
  • New Clothes
  • Protective Gear

It's made my gear much easier to deal with on the field and made it much more fun to play. Paintball is a great sport because it allows me to release my stress and forget all of my stresses.

First Game

My first game was pretty crazy. The nerves that you have before that buzzer goes off. It's one of the coolest feelings ever and Then it happens.. The buzzer goes off and next thing you know, your in cover, hearing the pitter patter of high velocity paintballs hitting bunkers on your end. The adrenaline hits you in such big masses that it feels that almost nothing can hurt you. Once I finally sat in cover for about one minute, thinking of where to go next, I finally tore from the bunker and saw my first target. He was running down the path to our end, in the middle of the crossfire, like some kind of mad man. I remember the moment like it was yesterday, It felt like it was in slow motion. I raised my gun to take the shot amongst the many amounts of fire being shot at this one guy already, I pulled the trigger and watched as the paintball from my gun soared through the air and straight to his chest. The paint splashed on him like a canvas. He stopped and raised his gun, indicating he was out. I stood there in shock, surprised that I actually got someone out. With in moments people started shooting at my bunker and I dove to another bunker right away. That was the start of my love for paintball. (Unluckily I don't happen to have photo's from my first game, but these photo's are from my first real tournament.)
